Appointments
At Cheylesmore Surgery, GP face-to-face, telephone & video appointments are available throughout the day during our opening hours.
All appointments can be booked by using the NHS App, our appointments are available to be booked on the NHS App, you can book a telephone or face to face appointment on the App so we strongly recommend you register on the App as it is available 24/7 (the appointments are not available 24/7, only during our surgery opening hours). Our reception staff are an essential part of the team who have been trained to find you an appointment with the most appropriate health professional at the most appropriate time – for this reason, they will ask you certain questions which you should try to answer accurately.
If you need to cancel an appointment, please give us as much notice as possible so that we can give the appointment to another patient who may need it.

Urgent appointments
If you require an urgent appointment on the same day, please call our Reception Team on 024 7650 2255 at 8am as these appointments are allocated on a first served basis.
Home Visits
It is always preferable for you to attend the practice, as we are much more able to give you comprehensive care in a clinical setting.
However, home visits are available and are made at the discretion of the GP.
If you request a home visit, one of our GPs will discuss your condition with you further and arrange for the appropriate course of action.
Please try to call the practice before 10.30 am to schedule a home visit.
